Additional terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods or services and to specific portions or features of the Site, including contests, promotions or other similar features, all of which terms are contained in the Terms and Conditions page. You agree to abide by such terms and conditions, including where applicable representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in such service or feature. If there is a conflict between these Legal notices and the terms and conditions page, the latter terms shall control with respect to your use of that portion of the Site or the specific service. TP4M’s obligations, if any, with regard to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements pursuant to which they are provided, and nothing on this Site should be construed to alter such agreements. TP4M may make changes to any products or services offered on the Site, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The materials on the Site with respect to products and services may be out of date, and TP4M makes no commitment to update the materials on the Site with respect to such products and services.
4.1 Liability
This is as follows:-
a. If the goods TP4M delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, TP4M shall have no liability to you unless you notify TP4M in writing at the TP4M contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of goods in question.
b. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were despatched to you, TP4M shall have no liability to you unless you notify TP4M in writing at the TP4M contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which the goods were despatched to you.
c. If you notify a problem to TP4M under this condition, TP4M's only obligation
will be, at its option:-

TP4M will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to TP4M under this condition and TP4M shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph (c) above.
e. Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit TP4M's liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.
4.1 Force Majeure
TP4M shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
5. Copyright Information
A copyright is a property right in an original work of authorship. Copyright is
recognized in most countries of the world by statutory copyright laws. Copyright
